- Lose 100 pounds within the next 24 months.
- Don't wanna die young.
- Eat Less - Move More.
Specifically eat less sugar & processed foods but more veggies & fruits.
Exercise in some aerobic, heart pumping way at least 20 minutes a day 5 days a week. (for now)
Life light weights as the spirit moves. (From past experience, the spirit doesn't move much, but we'll see.)
Purpose of Blogging my Journey:
- Accountability (I'll try to blog my food journal as often as I can and be real when I fall off the wagon from time to time)
- Support (you'll hopefully comment often and join the blog and make me feel less alone!?!?)
- Encouragement to others (I'm so hoping that this ginormous leap outside my comfort zone will be helpful for someone out there sharing my struggle!)
I plan to share healthy recipes that work for us, realities of the journey towards health, and pictures of my progress. Lord willing!!
